Hi! A bit about me...

My name is Abby, and I’m a massage therapist based in Shellharbour Village.

Welcome to Coastal Village Massage Therapy — a space to switch off, recharge, and prioritise your self-care.

I opened my home clinic in September 2023, driven by a genuine passion for helping people and a strong belief in supporting women’s health — especially through the early years of motherhood and parenting. I was also seeking a career that felt both flexible and deeply fulfilling. Since opening, it has been such a privilege to meet so many wonderful clients and support you in feeling stronger in your bodies while carving out a much-needed moment of calm and wellness in your busy lives.

Beyond my work as a therapist, I’m a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, coach and teammate. Family, friendships and sport are a big part of my world, and through these roles I truly understand the juggle of modern life — particularly for busy parents. I know how easy it is to put yourself last, and how much tension and stress can build up along the way.

That’s why I’ve created a safe, nurturing and peaceful space where you can fully relax, let go, and take time just for you.

I can’t wait to meet you and help you prioritise self-care — so you can show yourself the same love and care you give to everyone else in your life.

2024-2025

Diploma of Remedial Massage
TAFE NSW

I completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2025. This level of training now allows me to treat a wider range of conditions, offer deep tissue & trigger point therapy, and most importantly, health fund rebates are now available for these treatments.

2024

Certificate in Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage Australia

This course involved multiple theory components and practical assessments, examining our ability to safely treat pregnant clients. This training has given me extra knowledge and skills in the techniques, benefits & contraindications of massage during all stages of pregnancy.

2023

Cert IV Massage Therapy
TAFE NSW

Highlights of this course were definitely the anatomy & physiology lessons.

I loved learning about our amazing bodies and how everything is so interconnected. The practical clinic component of the course allowed me to gain invaluable experience & hone my techniques to provide professional and effective treatments in my own clinic.
