Do I need a referral to book a massage?

No referral is required. You can book directly with us. However, some clients may be referred by their GP, physiotherapist, osteopath, or chiropractor as part of their healthcare plan.

Can I claim my treatment through private health insurance?

Yes. Health fund rebates are available for eligible remedial massage treatments. Please check with your private health insurer regarding your level of cover and annual limits.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first appointment includes a brief consultation to discuss your health history, current concerns, treatment goals, and any areas requiring attention. This allows your therapist to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable clothing. Depending on the treatment area, you may be asked to undress to your level of comfort. Professional draping is always used to ensure your privacy and comfort.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by contacting us through our website or social media channels.

How often should I have a massage?

This varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients benefit from weekly or fortnightly treatments during recovery, while others choose monthly sessions for maintenance, stress management, and overall wellbeing.

Do you treat men, women, and children?

Yes. We welcome clients of all ages and provide treatments tailored to each individual's needs. For clients under the age of 18 years, parental consent is required, and a guardian must stay in the room for the duration of the treatment.

Do you offer mobile massage services?

Yes. Mobile massage appointments may be available for clients who prefer treatment in the comfort of their own home. Contact us for availability and service areas.

Will the massage be painful?

Remedial massage can sometimes involve deeper pressure to address specific areas of tension. While you may experience some discomfort in tight or affected muscles, treatment should never be excessively painful. Your therapist will adjust the pressure according to your preferences.

Will I feel sore after my massage?

Some clients experience mild soreness for 24–48 hours following a remedial massage, particularly if significant muscle tension was treated. This is a normal response and usually resolves quickly. Drinking water, gentle stretching, and light movement may help.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We understand that plans can change. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details.
