We’ll start with a brief assessment to understand your body’s current condition, then create a personalised treatment plan to support your healing. Through techniques such as soft tissue release, myofascial release, and joint mobilisation, our goal is to enhance your strength and flexibility while helping you gain a deeper understanding of your body and its potential.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your original booking will be charged at 50% of the appointment fee. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
